The presidential elections have not even taken place, but already Illinoisans are thinking about the next gubernatorial race, and the current person in the post, Rod Blagojevich, was asked the million dollar question: would he seek a third term. His answer: possibly.
Apparently, the governor is not bothered by all of the scandals surrounding his administration and his low approval ratings. Some of their moves have even been serious enough to make the federal government conduct investigations on the governor. Let’s also not forget that his main fundraiser, Tony Rezko, was indicted of corruption charges.
Blago does not think he is a bad governor at all, in fact, he thinks he claims to have a strong record, because he expanded healthcare in the state for low-income residents.
