A Naperville student did not take being disciplined calmly.  The female Washington Junior High School student was charged with aggravated battery against an administrator, another assault and damaging a picture in a conference room during a disciplinary proceeding. 

The 13-year old student, who was arrested, caused minor injuries to the administrator.  District officials assured parents that the students were not in danger.

The case is expected to be taken up in juvenile court, and the approximate sentence the teen could face was not reported.
